This document sets out the terms and conditions of sale for e-sims and data plans you purchase from us. If you buy e-sims and data plans on our site you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
We may amend these terms upon written notice, where required to do so by law or any competent authority.
You undertake to not use the e-sims and/or data plans in any improper or unlawful way.
We do not guarantee the e-sims or the services thereof will be uninterrupted and we will not be liable for any interruptions to usage of the e-sims and data plans.
By law, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 say that we must give you certain key information before a legally binding contract between you and us is made.
You have an unconditional right to cancel your data plan within fourteen days from the date of purchase by contacting us provided you have not registered the e-sim onto a mobile network. If your e-sim has been activated onto a network we will be unable to make a refund.
You will need to email or write to us telling us you wish to cancel your order. Include enough information for us to identify you and your order; this includes your most recent order number and your name and full address.
All data plans are pre-loaded with data allowance. If the data plan expires before any or all the included data allowance is used, you will lose the remaining balance of any included data allowance.
Any data plans which are not activated within twelve (12) months of purchase shall expire without any refund to you.
Any plans, i.e., any mobile data package, which are not activated within twelve (12) months of purchase shall expire without any refund to you.
Any sim which is not used within twelve (12) months of allocation may be cancelled.
If we have to change any key information once a legally binding contract between you and us is made, we can only do this if you agree to it.
Our Privacy Policy is available online.
Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities if you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.
Below, we set out how a legally binding contract between you and us is made.
You place an order on the site or app and pay through Superpayments or Credit Card. Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. You will be able to correct any errors before submitting your order to us.
When you place your order at the end of the online checkout process (e.g., when you click on the ‘pay now’ button), we will acknowledge it by email. This acknowledgement does not, however, mean that your order has been accepted by us.
After you purchase an e-sim and data plan, we will provide you with the e-sim for the device used to make the purchase.
We will only accept your order when we email you to confirm this.
All prices are in pounds sterling (£)(GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate, but exclude delivery charges.
Pricing of e-sims and data is variable and may change.
The fee is payable at the time of purchase.
If this contract is ended, it will not affect our right to receive any money which you owe to us under this contract.
Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we are not legally responsible for any:
- losses that were not foreseeable to you and us when the contract was formed;
- losses that were not caused by any breach on our part;
- Business losses (such as lost data or profits, or any other consequential losses). This applies to the extent allowed by law.
No one other than a party to this contract has any right to enforce any term of this contract.
We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy with the goods you ordered, our service to you or any other matter, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details set out at the top of this page.
The laws of England and Wales apply to this contract.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
